The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has announced the delisting of Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Wafa Insurance) stock from the market. Tadawul noted that Wafa Insurance’s shares were delisted at the end of Wednesday, 25 May this year, according to a bourse filing on Thursday. It is noteworthy to mention that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) recently announced the delisting of the Saudi company due to bankruptcy.
