Listing of The Housing Bonds No. 42 2024/2039

According to the letter received from CBE by the issuance of the Housing Bonds No. 42 2024/2039 issued on 01/12/2019 with total value amounted to EGP 2,667,070 This bonds issued by Ministry Of Finance with a fixed interest rate to be paid annually in 01/12 as follows: 8% annually, for the first 5 years of the bond issue duration , 8.5% annually, for the second 5 years the bond issue duration, 9% annually, for the last 10 years of the bond issue duration to be paid annually in 01/12 while the 1st coupon due date determined in 01/12/2020
This bond issue has been added to EGX database & available for trading effective 01/12/2020 trading session.
