Adad Real Estate expands its partnership with Hyatt Hotels International with a new 400-room hotel under implementation, under a memorandum of understanding for the Giza project, worth $ 265 million, and Adad Real Estate, a subsidiary of Sami Saad Holding Group, is also likely to receive a USD 110 mn premium loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to finance the hotel overlooking the Giza pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, (Project Overview on the Bank's website, ministerial statement)
