Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EKHO.CA) announced the implementation of the restructuring of some of its subsidiaries, whereby the entire ownership of the shares owned by International Financial Investment Company in the capital of the National Gas Company "Natgas" was transferred to Natgas Bay.
