1- Economy looks to be on the right track and industry forecasts are postive and showing growth forecasts
2- Companies have positive Earning Per share forecasts.
3- Economy recovering form a hit eg crisis .
4- When everybody is fearful and stocks are very cheap (Price to Earnings is very low)
